During implementation, each customer is assigned an experienced implementation team that comprehensively plans and coordinates each step of the process. The implementation team works closely with the practice to develop a customized, logical plan that meets the practice’s unique goals and ensures an effective, timely, and successful implementation.

Your implementation plan will include: rollout description, task assignments, resource identification, milestone distinctions, goal definitions, and your training plan outline.
